Who Is Jennifer Aniston Dating?

Jennifer Aniston shot to fame in the ’90s as the hilarious and trendsetting Rachel Green on “Friends.” Since then, she’s managed to maintain an incredibly successful career and a pretty private personal life. Of course, that hasn’t stopped the media from being desperate to know more about her love life. So, is Jennifer Aniston dating anyone? If so, who? Details are sparse, but here’s what we know.

Who is Jennifer Aniston rumored to be dating?

After Mad Men actor Jon Hamm joined the cast of Aniston’s Apple TV series “The Morning Show,” it didn’t take long for romance rumors to start flying. The pair do seem to be spending a lot of time together on set, but given that their characters have a ton of scenes together on the show, it only makes sense. It doesn’t indicate that there’s any relationship between the pair off-camera.

While many fans would love to see Jennifer Aniston and Jon Hamm together, in all likelihood, it’s never going to happen. There’s very little evidence that supports anything other than a couple of actors doing their jobs. Plus, if it did happen, it’s unlikely either of them would open their relationship up to the scrutiny of the public eye.

Who has the actress been with in the past?

  1. Justin Theroux Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux initially met on the set of “Tropic Thunder” in 2007. However, it wasn’t until 2011 that they began dating. A year later, they were engaged, and they finally got married in a surprise ceremony in August 2015. After three years of marriage, they announced their amicable split. “This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship,” they said in a joint statement to US Weekly in February 2018.
  2. Brad Pitt Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were the It Couple of the late ’90s and early ’00s, lighting up red carpets with their smoking hotness that’s still being idolized by Gen Z all over social media today. They started dating in 1998 and got married in 2000, but their relationship ended abruptly in 2005. The breakup had a profound effect on Aniston, as she admitted in an interview with Vanity Fair in October 2006. “It’s sad, something coming to an end. It cracks you open, in a way—cracks you open to feeling. When you try to avoid the pain, it creates greater pain. I’m a human being, having a human experience in front of the world. I wish it weren’t in front of the world. I try really hard to rise above it.”
  3. Vince Vaughn Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn began dating after she broke up with Pitt. They met while filming “The Break-Up” in 2006, and sadly, breaking up is exactly what they did. The intense media interest in their relationship was too much to handle and they split by December that year.
  4. Tate Donovan You probably remember Donovan as Joshua on Friends, a boyfriend of Rachel’s. However, the pair had a real-life romance going on behind the scenes prior to that. It was coming to an end just as his story arc was filming. “I was just happy to be on the team. The only bummer was Jennifer and I were breaking up at the time,” he told US Weekly in September 2018. “And so that was tricky to sort of act, and act like we are just meeting each other, and falling in love, or whatever, interested in each other, when we’re sort of breaking up. That was just tough.”
  5. Adam Duritz Believe it not, Aniston dated the Counting Crows frontman for a short period in 1995. They sadly weren’t meant to be, but Duritz did go on to date Aniston’s Friends co-star Courteney Cox for a while too.
