Samsung Has Made A Giant 219-Inch TV Called ‘The Wall’ And It’s Incredible Samsung

There’s nothing I love more at the end of a long day at work than kicking back on the couch and watching hours of TV to numb my mind a bit before bed. Is it the most productive use of my time? Perhaps not. Do I love it? You bet. I have a pretty decent-sized TV in my living room — 55 inches — which serves my purposes well, but now that Samsung has released a 219-inch TV called “The Wall,” I desperately need it.

  1. It’s a thing of beauty. You read that right — 219 glorious inches of television-y goodness. It’s like having a giant billboard from the side of the road in the comfort of your own home and you can watch all your favorite movies and TV shows on it. Gimme it now!!
  2. It’s actually like several TVs in one. “The Wall” by Samsung uses MicroLED technology in several panels which are then joined together to form this whopper of a television. After all, how on earth would you transport or even install a 219-inch TV that was all in one unit?
  3. You could actually turn it into any shape you want. Since “The Wall” is made up of several different TV panels, you can arrange them however you’d like in future, according to Fortune. Though I suppose the shapes you could make a TV are somewhat limited.
  4. It turns into artwork when you’re done watching. Instead of it just showing a blank black screen when you turn the TV off, Samsung made sure “The Wall” displays beautiful artworks instead. Could this thing get any better?!
  5. If 219 inches is too big, Samsung also offers a 75-inch model. The price is considerably lower and probably a little easier for most of our houses to accommodate, but I say dream big. I want the 219-inch TV or bust.
