Mom Throws 4-Year-Old Daughter An Aldi-Themed Birthday Party And It Was Incredible Webb Trio Photography

Themed birthday parties for kids tend to revolve around things like Paw Patrol or Peppa Pig, but 4-year-old Saylor’s tastes are a bit more mature. That’s why her mom, Meaghan Singleton, recently threw the little girl an Aldi-themed celebration to indulge her love for the budget supermarket, because who doesn’t appreciate a bargain?

  1. Saylor loves Aldi a LOT. The 4-year-old named Aldi as her favorite thing ever, so a themed birthday party seemed like the natural thing to do. Saylor even got a professional photoshoot taken in a local Aldi shop by Webb Trio Photography, and the photos are absolutely adorable. “Since Saylor could sit in a shopping cart, she’s been coming with me,” Meaghan told Business Insider. “If I say we are going to the store, the first words out of her mouth are, ‘Aldi, right?’ She loves going on the hunt for deals with me.” In other words, she really, really adores this store.
  2. Meaghan really went all-out in the celebrations. Not content to just hang up a few Aldi signs, Meaghan went as far as creating “cart cookies” to represent the coins needed to use the shopping carts, and loads of meticulously-created decorations with the Aldi colors and logos. It’s the birthday party of dreams!
  3. She had no idea the photos from the event would go so viral. After sharing pictures from Saylor’s Aldi birthday party on Facebook, Meaghan was shocked to see how many people were going crazy over it. “I had no idea [it would be so popular]! I knew it would be a big deal in the Aldi fan pages but no idea it would reach this many people,” she told Unilad. “Almost everyone at the party are frequent Aldi shoppers themselves and they loved it! They understood the little details that symbolize Aldi.”
  4. It’s inspiring more people to throw their own Aldi-themed parties. “Online, the people are awesome and a lot are planning their own Aldi parties,” Meaghan continued. “I love that all ages are commenting saying they want a party like Saylor’s! Hopefully now when you Google or Pinterest Aldi Birthday, people will get some inspiration for their own celebration.” I know what I’m doing next year!
