When you’re in an unhealthy relationship, you’re going to develop unhealthy habits. However, when you find the right man, your love for him can turn you into a better person. Here are just a few of the ways you’ll change:

  1. It’ll put you in a better mood. You won’t go to work grumpy and yell at your coworkers for no reason, because you’ll be in a great mood after waking up next to the love of your life. Seeing him in the morning will help you start your day off on a good foot.
  2. You’ll be less judgmental. When you’re single, it’s easy to roll your eyes at couples wearing matching sweaters and using baby talk. But when you’re in love, you’ll understand what makes those irritating couples tick, which is why you’ll never look down on them again.
  3. You’ll see the good in the world. You used to think that all men were losers, but falling in love will make you realize that there are genuinely good guys out there. Meeting someone as amazing as your boyfriend will give you hope for humanity.
  4. You’ll take better care of yourself. You don’t want to die young and miss out on thirty extra years with him, which is why you’ll actually make those doctor appointments you’ve been putting off. You might even join a gym and start eating more salads.
  5. You’ll become motivated. You might not give a crap about yourself, but you care deeply about your boyfriend. You want him to have his dream life, and in order for that to happen, you need to excel at your job and start raking in the dough.
  6. You’ll be more optimistic. Instead of dreading the future, you’ll actually look forward to it. After all, you’ll have plans to move in together and get married and have children, so there’s plenty to be excited about.
  7. You’ll try to impress him. Even though your boyfriend already thinks you’re perfect, you’ll want to put in a little extra effort for him. That means you’ll take good care of your appearance, help out with the housework, and give him all the affection he could ever need.
  8. You’ll think before you speak. You won’t blurt out complaints when you’re moody, because won’t want to start unnecessary fights with your partner. You love him, so the last thing you want to do is hurt him.
  9. You won’t be selfish. You won’t mind going down on him, because you’ll want him to be as thrilled with his sex life as you are (as long as he does the same). Of course, you’ll be just as generous outside of the bedroom as you are inside of it, because you’ll just want him to be happy.
  10. You’ll encourage him to be his best. You’ll want your boyfriend to be as happy as possible, but you can’t push him to reach his full potential if you’re refusing to do the same. That’s why you’ll try to be the best person you can be, so that he’ll follow your lead.
