Aldi Is Selling Dill Pickle Hummus And Snacking Has Never Been So Good

I think it’s pretty safe to say that dill pickles are having a moment. The salty, savory snack isn’t just being enjoyed in its original form, but it’s been translated into everything from vodka to popcorn to cotton candy and everything in between. But just when we thought there were no other ways to enjoy them, Aldi released Dill Pickle Hummus and changed the whole game.

  1. This is a new thing, judging by Instagram. Photos of the Dill Pickle Hummus, which is part of the Aldi Finds program, started popping up on social media just this week alongside Garlic Dill and Caramelized Onion flavors. Obviously it’s the dill pickle flavor that was the star of the show, as it should be.
  2. It’s only 40 calories per serving. Of course, the whole tub has several servings and you’ll more than likely want to eat the whole thing in one sitting, but if you are watching your calories and want something low in fat and sugar with a whole lot of flavor, Aldi is there for you.
  3. For only $2.29, it’s worth stocking up on. Despite the fact that it’s just ground up chickpeas and olive oil pretty much, hummus can be pretty expensive. Not so with Aldi’s Dill Pickle version. It’s only $2.29, so fill up your basket, people, and don’t forget the carrots, celery sticks, or anything else you can think of dipping into this delicious stuff.
  4. Sadly, this won’t last forever. The Aldi Finds products tend to be unique and super tasty, but more often than not, they also tend to be temporary, meaning they’re all the more valuable while they are on shelves. They also tend to sell out quickly, so if Dill Pickle Hummus is your idea of a good time, you know what you need to do: get to Aldi ASAP.
